Bluback Denim is a sustainable denim manufacturer in India that produces garments using 95% less water than traditional methods. Located in Karnataka, our facility uses 1-5 liters of water per garment compared to the industry standard of 80-100 liters. Every garment is tracked with RFID technology from raw material to delivery.

We manufacture premium denim apparel for global fashion brands using advanced low-impact production technologies including Laser Marking, ozone technology for chemical-free bleaching, nebulization for reduced chemical usage, and RFID-based traceability systems.
Traditional denim manufacturing consumes 80–100 litres of water per garment. Bluback's advanced processes allow garments to be manufactured using only 1–5 litres of water per denim product, helping brands meet their ESG and sustainability targets.
