How is quality controlled during production?
Inline and end-of-line inspections follow industry AQL standards at every stage: pattern accuracy and fabric quality at cutting, stitch quality at sewing, colour consistency at washing, a complete garment inspection at finishing and a final audit before shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Order quantities are flexible and depend on the style and wash. Share your estimated monthly volume in the enquiry form and the production planning team will confirm what is feasible for your programme.
How quickly can samples be produced?
Sample turnaround is typically 1 to 2 weeks, after an initial consultation on your requirements, sustainability goals and quality expectations.
How are garments tracked through the factory?
Every garment carries an RFID tag from cutting to packing. Each stage, including wash parameters and quality checks, is recorded, and brand partners can follow production status through the partner portal.
