Enquiry form. Name, company, role, email, phone (optional), target market, product interest, estimated volume and your message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The record is kept on our own web server (hosted by Hostinger) and emailed to our production planning team. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if a business relationship follows.

Abuse protection. When you submit the form we keep a salted one-way hash of your IP address with the record to limit automated spam. The address itself is not stored.

Analytics (only if you accept). With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors reach the contact form. IP addresses are anonymised, no advertising features are enabled, and no analytics cookie is set unless you choose "Accept" in the banner. Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside India and the EEA under its standard data-protection terms. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Hosting. The site is served by Hostinger and protected by Cloudflare, which process connection data (such as IP address) for security and delivery.

For visitors in the EEA and UK, we process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)); analytics is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). For visitors in India, processing is based on your consent and on the enquiry you make, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or object to processing, by emailing mail@blubackdenim.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India).

Figures on this site describe our facility and processes at the time of publication and are confirmed in writing in any proposal or contract. Content, logos and photographs belong to Bluback Denim or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
